100mls or Less: Workshop Show - Nanaimo

When Darren Millar graduated from university as a teacher, he marched out the door and right into an airport security uniform. For twelve long years, he spent his days taking away tiny shampoo bottles and pocketknives at Victoria International Airport. An examination of the consequences of our choices as he unpacks his experience from the lows of patting down your old high school buddies to the highs of celebrity ‘random selections’. A guaranteed evening of laughs at the The Attic, 321 Selby Street, Nanaimo. Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm Darren Millar, a staple of the Victoria stand-up comedy scene since 2010, has written and performed on countless shows across Vancouver Island, including Rifflandia, Your Hood’s a Joke Roast Battle, and Victoria Fringefest. This is a work-in-progress presentation of 100mls or Less in preparation for the Edmonton Fringe Festival.
