Bad Words at The Sit N Bull

Bad Words for a Good Cause is back — and this time we're raising money for the Esgenoôpetitj School Grade 8 year-end trip. $5 from every ticket goes straight to those kids. It's our first-ever school fundraiser, and we're doing it right on the Nation at Sit-N-Bull.

No headliner on this one — three features instead:

• Brian Godsoe (Saint John) — NB comedy favourite, opened for Kenny vs Spenny

• Nisa Kennedy (Fredericton) — Comic Sutra regular with a style that gets audiences talking

• Maggie Estey (Miramichi) — east coast energy you won't forget

Plus special guest Nelson Cloud, with your host and producer Cive Lucas.

Local comics. Local causes. Local venues. Every dollar stays in New Brunswick.

Tickets are $20 + fee on Jump Comedy until November 12th at midnight, then $25 + fee — and no matter when you buy, five bucks from your ticket goes to those Grade 8 kids. You can also reserve seats in person at Sit-N-Bull.

Big thank you to our first-ever sponsor, Sunshine Limo Service (Carrie Barnaby), and to Band Councillor Clark Dedam for the support. Come laugh and do some good.
