Comedians Solve The Housing Crisis: A VTU Fundraiser

Bring your best / worst tales of landlords, roommates, and living situations for us all to enjoy and commiserate with (through an anonymous form - we won't actually talk to you unless you choose to be involved). 

Join Alistair Ogden (Just For Laughs, Don't Tell Comedy), along with Ola Dada, Cass Furman, and Jess Lupini for a cathartic and hilarious evening to raise funds for the Vancouver Tenants Union. 

Did you hear? 

Andrzej Kowalski, a two-time loser landlord, is suing VTU for $35,000. In response, VTU has launched Teach Landlords a Lesson: Defend the VTU to urge tenants across the city to come together and fight back against landlord harassment, intimidation and abuse. 

We will not let landlords bully us into submission. While we defend ourselves in court, we'll also be fighting Kowalski and his landlord friends in the streets, in our buildings and our neighbourhoods. 

The best way to teach landlords a lesson is to show that when they hit us, we only get stronger.
