Comedy on the Run with Alistair Ogden

An evening of movement, good company, and live stand-up comedy.

Whether you’re a regular runner, an occasional jogger, or simply in it for the laughs and a meal, Comedy On The Run combines two of the best stress-busters around: a relaxed 5K and a proper comedy set.

Hosted by comedian and keen runner Alistair Ogden, known for his sharp humour, sold-out shows, and appearances on Canada's Got Talent and Just for Laughs. This is a night designed to leave you energised and aching from laughter.

Schedule – Friday, December 5th 2025

5:30 PM – Check-in & Demo Shoes Arrive at Frontrunners, sign in, and try the latest demo shoes from New Balance (completely optional but encouraged).

6:00 PM – The Social 5K A no-pressure, all-paces-welcome 5K loop around the neighbourhood led by Alistair and the Frontrunners crew. Walkers are welcome to join or skip straight to the food.

~6:30 PM – Food & Refreshments Back at the store: a hot meal and non-alcoholic drinks included with every ticket.

7:00 PM – Live Comedy Set 30 minutes of stand-up from Alistair Ogden right in the shop. Expect his trademark dark-but-heartwarming style.
