Dakota Ray Hebert: Bootlicking Vyvanse
SUNDAY JUNE 14 ~ DOORS: 6PM ~ SHOW: 7PM
ADVANCE: $12 ~ DOOR: $20
Celebrate Indigenous Month and Pride with Dene queerdo comedian, DAKOTA RAY HEBERT!
Dakota has come to pay respects to the OG of Indigenous comedy, Charlie Hill. As part of her Dënesųłinage (a Dënesųłiné version of a pilgrimage), she's aiming to perform in the communities integral to his ascension. This includes Detroit, the city in which Charlie was born and spent the first decade of his life! Come on out to watch Dakota's high-energy hot takes on diagnoses, mani episodes, and parenting, and stay for her relatable jokes about diagnoses, manic episodes, and parenting!
The show is held at The Raw Space. Tickets are very limited, so get them while you can!
Dakota is also performing in Los Angeles (June 16) and Green Bay (June 20); tell everyone you know in those cities!
Some of her credits include Just For Laughs Toronto, Just For Laughs Vancouver, Just For Laughs Montreal, New Faces: Canada, The Hollywood Improv Lab, Flappers Burbank. She has two comedy albums available wherever you buy or stream music: I'll Give You An Indian Act and Trailer Treasure. Americans can watch Dakota in the series Shelved (Peacock and The Roku Channel) Marvel's Echo (Disney+), and hear her on Unicorn Academy (Netflix).
