Mitchell Doran
A comedian from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is known for blending insightful storytelling with sharp social commentary. Having lived and performed in diverse locations such as Israel, Ireland and the United States, Mitchell connects with diverse audiences through a humor that transcends borders.
Now back in Saskatoon, he shares his life with his wife and three children while balancing comedy and a career as a Neonatal Nurse. His dual roles reflect a rare dedication to both humanity and humor, offering wit, compassion, and care in every facet of his life.
Omar Farag
A stand-up comedian who brings a unique perspective to the stage. After immigrating to Canada, he spent four years in Saskatoon before making his mark in the comedy scene. Now based in Calgary, Omar is a regular at the city’s best comedy clubs and has opened for Mo Amer. He also produces and hosts two standout shows: the comedy and music showcase Riff² and the weekly Crosswalk Comedy. With sharp wit, engaging storytelling, and a style that resonates with diverse audiences, Omar continues to push the boundaries of comedy.
Afrin Sarca
Afrin has performed stand-up across Canada; venues such as the Broadway Theatre in Saskatoon and the Comedy Bar in Toronto. "Afrin Sarca stands out for his ability to weave personal stories into laughter." (Jody Wolverine) Born in Saskatoon with ties to Muskoday First Nation and God's Lake First Nation, he states that being of Cree (Plains and Swampy) and Romanian descent has shaped him and his humour. Afrin toured during the summer of 2023 with the Deadly Aunties and won Second Place at Edmonton’s Grindstone Standup Standoff 2023 Competition. He produces comedy shows in Saskatoon at The Capitol Music Club under the production company, The Comedy Picnic.
