Get ready, Lake Cowichan! A tidal wave of laughter is headed your way with Laughing By The Lake, a stand-up comedy night featuring the hilarious Sammy Ray Benty headlining and featuring Elyott Ryan with host Ryan Wallace.

Sammy Ray Benty is a comedian who tours all over western Canada, building a reputation as one of most unique creative voices in the country. Armed with his trusty omnichord, Sam sings silly songs, does impressions and tells jokes that are just excuses to sing more songs. He has appeared on Kill Tony, Canadas Got Talent, JFLNorthwest, and has a live musical comedy album called “Omnichord Troubadour” available on streaming platforms everywhere.
