Ola Dada is a Nigerian-born comedian who recently hosted the 2025 JUNO Awards for Comedy Album of the Year, further cementing his place as a rising star in Canadian comedy. Ola first gained national attention as a runner-up in the Canada-wide SiriusXM Top Comic Competition, later solidifying his talent as a semifinalist on Canada’s Got Talent . He also placed 2nd in the Seattle International Comedy Competition, the largest and longest-running comedy competition in North America. He has since performed at prestigious festivals, including Just For Laughs in Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto, where he headlined his own show. Notably, he graced the stage at the Patton Oswalt Gala in Montreal and was featured in the 2024 Winnipeg Comedy Festival, one of Canada’s longest-running comedy festivals. In 2025, Ola brought his infectious energy to the Halifax Comedy Festival, Grindstone Comedy Festival, and Las Vegas, continuing to showcase his unique comedic voice across North America. Ola’s comedy has been featured multiple times on CBC Gem in a dedicated comedy episode, and he released his first comedy special, Unlimited Dada with COMEDY DYNAMICS along with his debut comedy album, Dada Plan

Jon is a two-time Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Competition finalist, a Rise of the Comics competition finalist, and the winner of the Just For Laughs “Eat My Shorts” Film Competition. He is also a four-time screenwriting award winner, the creator of the animated series Stickman Cartoon, and the talk show “This Month Tonight with Jon Gagnon.” A true multi-hyphenate performer, Jon has become known as a Swiss Army knife of comedy, writing, producing, and performing across multiple mediums.
