Dimitrios Kolovopoulos

Dimitrios Kolovopoulos moved to Toronto in 2021 and has quickly become a rising star in the city’s comedy scene. A Greek comic with sharp storytelling and playful self-awareness, he’s performed across Europe and North America, including Frankfurt’s Stand Up Europe Festival and Toronto’s Danforth Comedy Festival. He’s hosted for NXNE, was a finalist in both Absolute Comedy’s “Prove You’re a Comic” and Yuk Yuk’s “The Big Six” competitions, featured on Don’t Tell Comedy and and has won Black Sheep and Laughteria Comedy. Dimitrios has also opened for heavyweights like Angelos Tsarouchas and Rachel Feinstein. His comedy explores immigrant life, messy relationships, and the questionable decisions that got him here—with honesty, charm, and a healthy dose of chaos.
